Kelly Maggio
Kelly joined RE/MAX in September 2020 and was recently promoted to Director of Property Management. She is a Metairie native with an Associates of Arts in Interior Design and over 12 years of experience in retail, commercial banking, and customer service. Her responsibilities as Property Manager include managing over 40 commercial buildings with approximately 150 tenants incorporating 500,000 square feet of retail, office, and light industrial space with a portfolio spanning from Louisiana to Florida. Currently Kelly is a member of CREW and serving on the Board of Directors as At Large position for IREM. Prior to RE/MAX, Kelly worked as an office manager for an event and production company.
Karen Chen
Karen Chen joined ReMax March 2023, also being a Licensed Real Estate Agent since 2020. Her role is to assist in the management of more than 500,000 sq ft of retail, office, and light industrial space. The management functions include accounts receivables and payables as well as all tenant and building insurance requirements. Karen is also fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Richard Juge, CCIM, SIOR
Richard Juge is the CEO of RE/MAX Commercial Brokers in Metairie (New Orleans), Louisiana. His primary specialties are in Office & Industrial Leasing & Sales, and Investment Sales. Richard has been in commercial and investment real estate since ‘88. He handles user-side needs of corporate and local clients throughout the region, and investment sales throughout the U.S.
